HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM?
Simply fill out our contact form with your order number and enter ‘RETURN’ or ‘REPLACEMENT’ as the subject of the email.
Orders to be refunded must be received and/or returned to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt of the product. The shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer, who must send the goods to our warehouse. (Refunds may take more than 10 days to process, depending on the credit institution). The returned product must be intact and sealed.
RETURN SHIPPING
The customer is responsible for shipping the item to be returned and for the related costs.
WHAT IF THE ITEMS I RECEIVE ARE DEFECTIVE/INCORRECT/DAMAGED?
If you have received defective, incorrect and/or damaged goods, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Remember to include your order number, photographs/videos of the items and all references related to the receipt of the package and, in accordance with our money-back guarantee, we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible!
HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to change your order via our contact form. Once the order has been processed by our warehouse, it will no longer be possible to change and/or cancel the order. It will be possible to make a replacement or return at a later date in accordance with our policy above.
